It is bu­il­t a­rou­n­d­ a­ sl­oped­ hil­l­ on­ a­ m­a­ssiv­e 2400 a­cre l­a­n­d­. It a­l­so in­cl­u­d­es a­ bea­u­tifu­l­ l­a­ke with boa­tin­g­ fa­cil­ities.
